Cultural Arts

The Cultural Arts Committee is a PTO-sponsored group dedicated to providing enrichment programs and field trips for students. Funded through PTO dues and supported by parent volunteers in collaboration with our teachers, the committee brings a variety of cultural experiences to the school. Past activities have included jazz concerts, the Plaza Architecture Tour, visits to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and performances at JCCC and The Coterie Theater.

Elizabeth Schmitz serves as the PTO parent representative for the Cultural Arts Committee. Information about upcoming trips will be sent home with students, and signed permission slips are required for any programs held off campus.
