Hello! My name is Lauren Hundley. I was born and raised in Atchison, Kansas, the birthplace of Amelia Earhart. I was a student in Catholic schools growing up. I attended what is now known as Saint Benedict's Catholic School kindergarten through eighth grade.  I attended high school at Maur Hill-Mount Academy, a Catholic, international boarding school in Atchison. While there, I had the rare opportunity to meet and study with students from all over the world, including Mexico, South Korea, Spain, China, Taiwan, Pakistan, Guinea, etc. My Spanish teacher was also born and raised in Mexico. MH-MA is where I began my love for travel, culture, and language. 
 
 After graduating from high school, I decided to continue my Catholic education at Benedictine College. I was a cheerleader there, participated in the Spanish club, and studied abroad in Seville, Spain during the summer of 2011. I received my bachelors in Spanish Education in May 2012. GO RAVENS! 
 
I have been at Good Shepherd since 2017.  I feel so blessed to be teaching at Good Shepherd and am very happy to be here! I am so excited to see what this year has to bring!

5th through 8th graders can find the notes, homework, the workbook pdf, and any helpful web-links on my GoogleClassroom. Most Spanish homework will be completed online and can be attempted multiple times. Your student will need the workbook or worksheet in front of them to help fill out the assignment online, as it is just an answer form. In other words, the questions will not appear on the screen, only possible answers. Please feel free to email me with any questions! :)
