Allison Maher

I grew up in Chillicothe, Missouri. Some of my favorite things still include animals, outdoor activities, exercising, and sunsets. I then went to the University of Missouri to get a BS/Master of Accountancy. I worked as a certified public accountant for several years at a small firm in Kansas City before deciding desk/office life wasn't a great fit for me. I then went to the University of Central Missouri to pursue a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Secondary Math Education. I am certified in Mathematics 6-12. I have been married to Andy who works as a certified public accountant in KC for three years, and we have a toddler, Patrick. We frequent playgrounds, libraries, and dog parks with our two dogs, weimaraner Gabe, and chocolate lab, Roscoe.
