Marcia Conley

         I am looking forward to working with the 7th and 8th graders this year. This is my 23 year of teaching and my 13th year at Good Shepherd. My husband John and I are originally from Iowa, but we have lived in the Shawnee area since 1995 and have been members of Good Shepherd Parish since 2003.  

         Prior to my return to teaching in 2013 I volunteered on various committees and served on various councils for the Parish including the Social Council and the Stewardship Council. I served multiple years on the Fall Festival Committee, and also served two years as administrative chair for the Parish's largest fundraiser, Lollapalooza.

         I attended Benedictine College, graduating in 1992 with a BA in Education.  I have a MA in Education from Mid America Nazarene University.  My husband John and I have three children who all attended Good Shepherd: Liz is a nurse for Saint Luke's Health system, JP is a sophomore at the University of Kansas, and Caroline is a Junior at St. James Academy.
